Remember us little blockmates, and give us some food mwahahhahahah XD weee yey.. i cooked it... hehehe the stuffed tomato.. from a recipe book.. i just editted it a bit.... but I won't write the recipe.. wehe Beef Curry olive oil, butter
1 kg Beef chunks
2 medium onions quartered
1 extra large red/green bell pepper
8 cloves garlic minced
2-4 slices of ginger
1/4 c flour
1++ liters water
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup milk
70g cashew nuts
50g curry powder
3 tsp fish sauce
2/3-1 c. bread crumbs (depends on desired thickness)
2-3 cups veggies (carrots, cauliflower etc.)
1/2 beef broth cube *optional
1 tsp chicken powder *optional
salt, pepper, thyme, cumin seed, turmeric, sage, chilli powder to taste (i was too lazy to measure) Pan sear beef in 2T olive oil with 4T butter. Then add onions, garlic, ginger and bell pepper until cooked. Stir in flour. When flour is golden brown, add remaining ingredients except veggies. Simmer for 2-4 hours. Add the veggies in the last 30-60 minutes. another catchy song from my favorite girlband :)

T_T Distraction is a very insufficient word define what i needed... I needed a VACATION from all the crap my head keeps spewting out at me.... the thoughts of.... salary... independence... being mature... standards... competition... insecurities.... pride.... and all that crap... gahhhh So I am so thankful I have Super Junior... yes... lame... I know... many will think that.... but hey.... nothing beats Kim Heechul and Eunhyuk in having you hold your tummy in pain while you roll around laughing.... great stress relief.... While teukee's laughter is just heaven... LOL... it sounds too funny that you laugh with him..... and Yesung's lack of "sense of comedy" is just ironically funny..... so thank you Super Junior.... oh and yeah.... Sayuu sending me a picture of dear Fishy with a mud pack and wearing *that* is just too funny to not make your day.... wahahahaha or even sungmin flying.... hahahha  he was acutally doing a flying kick there... being cool and all... but a nice ELF decided to make it funny LOL
And yah.... because of suju, i met new online buddies too~~ XD yey... they're so nice.... it's so weird how E.L.F. ranges from ages 14-29... at least... that's all I've met... I bet there are more younger dongsaengs and older unni's or even oppa's that love suju XD And the last thing..... I was supposed to make this a sad depressing entry about how i still don't want to ggraduate... but I end up with finding suju stuff that made me laugh and thus, the entry.... wihihi.... they may not have the best voices in the music industry... (except for KRY who are probably some of the best voices... particularly Yesung).... but they let me laugh and be happy while watching them on variety shows and concerts (though not live). I wish to see them... personally... at least once... to thank them XD... Septembe 13, 2008 SM concert in Shanghai... can I go..? pleasseeeee I have nothing to do... and I'm graduating cum laude anyway (at least i still am.. unless thesis and sysimte go crzy and fail me.... not meant as a pompous remark)... so pleaase... I love curry lately... Since I was in a hurry... I just poured everything.... Shrimp Curry Pasta 2+ T of oil
1/2-1 medium onion cubed
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
1/8 kilo shrimp peeled, deveined and pat-dried with paper towel (so it won't be soggy)
130 mL milk
salt and pepper to taste
throw in some chilli powder ( i think I threw in 1 T.) and a bunch of curry powder ( I think around 5 T)
100+g pasta, I used soba noodles... cooked
1 small potato diced and cooked with pasta... XD lazy... just put them from top to bottom... when the previous ingredient is burning, put the next.. LOL... that'swhat I did LOL ... it turned out fine... I ate it all by the way... and I think it tastes good.. but I cooked it.. so why should you trust me... surves 1-2 people ><

First off... I'm not refering to SuJu in the title but... this whol week I've been watching all the clips of SuJu like Super Adonis, Full House and Exploration of the Human Body.... everything's just so funny! anyways... today... I cooked both breakfast and dinner... which is something I rarely do lately... haha... oh well... so for dinner i made Tuna Crѐmѐ Curry Pasta. I just made up the title since I made the recipe... it's pretty simple though hahaha... I wanted to post this entry to be a little longer so I'll post the recipe wahahaha...
Tuna Crѐmѐ Curry
2 T olive oil
1 medium onion coarsely chopped
6 cloves of garlic minced
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp ginger juice (squeezed from crushed ginger)
2 regular cans of Century tuna in vegetable oil
1 250 mL box of al purpose cream
1 very small can of evaporated milk
a couple of brocolli florets
250+g pasta (macaroni/shell) cooked
1/4-1/2 c water
4++ T of curry powder (4 is very mild... too mild for me.. but my mom likes it that way...)
1/2++T chilli powder
salt, pepper and MSG to taste
Heat oil in pan saute onion until transparent, then add the garlic and minced ginger. Add tuna and squeezed ginger. When it starts to sizzle, reduce heat to low and add remainng ingredients except pasta. Bring to a boil and simmer until thick and add pasta. Serve XD
waha... if the recipe doesn't work for whomever is crazy enough to believe in my skills as a cook... well.. good luck... wahhahaha... but anyways... i can count the people who read them in one hand so... wahaaa... i jus want to write and write..... maybe next time i'll try writing a fanfiction or something...~ though it wouldbe totally cheesy... hahaha..... I have a lot of free time lately... ironic since I'm supposed to be busy with graduation and thesis stuff... but oh welll .. this gives me time to explore the possibilities and explore the human body (refering to SuJu's show... not anything else) XD
